One person taken to hospital after accident

One person was taken to American Legion Hospital with undetermined injuries Wednesday after this midday accident on La. 13 just north of Long Bridge. According to witnesses, this vehicle veered into the lane of an oncoming 18-wheeler and was clipped in the left front. No reports from State Police Troop I were available as of press time. Also assisting at the scene were officials with Acadian Ambulance, Crowley Police Department and the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
