St. Joseph High School Class of 1954

The St. Joseph High School Class of 1954 gathered for a class reunion on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Chef Roy’s in Rayne. Of the 19 original classmates, one is deceased and 16 of them attended the reunion including, front row from left, Lorretta Meche Simon, Norma Jean Guillot Landry, Audrey Mier Dora, Josie Henien Millet and Dolores Gilbert Thibodeaux; back row, Selena Faulk Blanchard, Helen Gomez Armesent, Patty Comeaux Perrodin, Margaret Habetz Bouillin, Helen Dischler Robles, Mary Ann Prevost Breaux, Donald Petitjean, Joyce Monceaux Alleman, Alfred Zaunbrecher and William LeBlanc. Not present at time of photo was Margaret Phan Zaunbrecher. The class flower was the red rose, class song was “You never walk alone” and class motto was “Not the sunset but the dawn”.
