Louisiana Main Street State Director Jim Scriber told members of the Crowley Main Street Board Thursday morning that changes in the program’s Louisiana Main Street Restoration Grant program — more commonly known as the Façade Grant program —will make it easier for owners of historic buildings to fund restoration projects.
