BASILE - After a disappointing loss to Pine Prairie Thursday in the Basile Tournament semifinals, the Iota Bulldogs got back on the winning track Saturday and they did so in a big way.
VILLE PLATTE - Any lapse when playing a quality opponent can be costly.
The athleticism of Pine Prairie was evident during the Panthers’ 51-30 victory over Iota some three weeks ago in the Sacred Heart of Ville Platte Tournament.
Notre Dame’s John William Lamm exploded for 20 points and the Pios dominated on the glass Friday to claim a 68-52 victory over the Midland Rebels at A.B. Dore Gym.
