Krewe of Atlantis to host 2020 Mardi Gras Ball

The Krewe of Atlantis will hold it’s 24th Annual ball and pageant on Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Lafayette.
Theme of this year’s festivities is “The Adventures of Tiki Island”.
Reigning over the Krewe of Atlantis’ 2020 Annual Mardi Gras Festivities will be Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Bernard Robin. She is married to David Robin Jr.. They have three children, DJ, Santana and Landon, and are the owners of Gene Robin Towing.
Robin is a graduate of Carencro High School. She is a member of Scott Business Association and TRPL. Her hobbies include camping with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Royal Maids
Pamela Bergeron is married to Troy Bergeron. She is from Rayne and resides in Scott. Pam has two children, Christian Graffagnino and Blake Bergeron, along with eight grandchildren.
Pam is a real estate Agent with the CJ Group at Keller Williams Realty Acadiana and has been with Premier Designs Jewelry for the past 19 years.
She is a member of St’s. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, a church choir member, Scott Business Association, Scott Jumelagé, YPN and Realtor Association of Acadiana. Pam currently serves as Vice President of Scott Business Association. Pam is a founding member of the Krewe of Atlantis and is involved in three Krewes and is past royalty. She Reigned as Queen Hera XIV, Queen Athena XXVII and served in multiple capacities of the Krewe over the past 24 years.
Pam enjoys traveling, shopping and visiting her grandchildren.
Andrea LaBorde is married to Bill LaBorde and has three children, Logan, Lauren and Kalin, and is a soon-to-be grandmother to Baby Liam.
She is a Realtor at Guidry & Co. Real Estate and is a member of Realtor Association of Acadiana.
Andrea reigned as Queen Hera XVIII and has served as royal maid to Queen Hera XXI – Shannon Higginbotham, and currently royal maid to Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Robin.
Andrea’s hobbies include shopping and being outdoors. She loves her family, her job, her life and Atlantis Krewe.
Sherri Landry is married to Kyle Landry and is and resides in Scott. Sherri has two children, Beau and Casey.
Sherri is a hairdresser at Salon Indulgence. She is a graduate of Acadiana High School and Lockworks Academie in Lafayette.
Sherri is a member of Scott Business Association (SBA). Sherri has been a member of the Krewe of Atlantis for years and has served as royal maid to Queen Hera XVIII – Andrea LaBorde, and currently serving as royal maid to Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Robin, and enjoys crafting and decorating.
Kelly Clause Sonnier is married to Chad Sonnier. She is from Carencro and resides in Scott. Kelly has four children, Brittni, Brennan, Cullen and Olivia, four grandchildren with one due in June.
She is employed with the Lafayette Parish School System as a Crisis Interventionist and is owner of Chadmat Safety Systems and BEBCO Properties.
Kelly graduated from Carencro High School in 1986, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1998 with a double major in General Education 1-8 and Special Education K-12.
She is a member of the Scott Business Association and Association of Professional Educators of Louisiana. Kelly has been a member of Krewe of Atlantis for eight years and served as royal maid to Queen Hera XIX – the late Mercedes Hollier, and currently royal maid to Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Robin.
Kelly enjoys camping, traveling, dancing, shopping, being outdoors and having children and grandchildren over as much as possible to enjoy.

Ball
Mistresses
Kim Conyers is from Scott, and resides in Lafayette. Kim is married to Jimmie Conyers and has three step-children, Dez, Sean and Zack, and five grandchildren.
Kim is a graduate of Acadiana High School and is employed with The Higginbotham Group. She has also been with Premier Designs Jewelry for the past 10 years.
She has been a member of the Krewe of Atlantis for six years. She currently serves as president of the Board of Directors and has held several roles within including, recording secretary and past president. She also served as royal maid to Queen Hera XIX – the late Mercedes Hollier, and Queen Hera XXI – Shannon Higginbotham, Ball Mistress to Queen Hera XX – Yvette Lantier, and currently Ball Mistress to Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Robin.
Kim enjoys traveling, decorating and spending time with friends and family.
Lindsay Meeks is from Franklin, and resides in Magnolia, Texas. She is married to Nicholas Paul Meeks and has one son, Andreas, and two step-daughters, Cecily Comstock and Ashten Meeks, along with two grandchildren.
Lindsay is the owner of LM Designs.
She currently serves on the Magnolia ISD Leadership Board for the superintendent. Lindsay has been a member of the Krewe of Atlantis for two years and is currently serving as Ball Mistress to Queen Hera XXIII – Robin Nicole Robin.
Lindsay enjoys crafting, designing, traveling and spoiling her grandbabies every opportunity she gets.
