Rayne HIgh wrestlers place at Lone Survivor
BOSSIER CITY - The Rayne High School varsity wrestling team competed at the Parkway Lone Survivor Wrestling Tournament at Parkway High School in Bossier City (Shreveport).
Rayne High wrestlers who placed during the state-wide tournament were:
106 lbs. - Beau Perrodin - 5th
113 lbs. - Jagar Boullion - 7th
120 lbs. - Reese Carrier - 4th
132 lbs. - Ryder Hawley - Runner-Up
145 lbs. - Morgan Manuel - Champion
152 lbs. - Emile Richard - 6th
160 lbs. - William Billings - Runner-Up
182 lbs. - Ron Roberts - Runner-Up
In addition to his first place finish, Morgan Manuel was voted the tournament’s “Most Outstanding Wrestler” for his performance in the tournament’s toughest weight class.
The Wolves now prepare for the Ken Cole Invitational slated Jan. 11-12 at Comeaux High.
