Once again the residents of Crowley and the surrounding areas contributed to the Crowley Christian Care Center with the food collection by local mail carriers. The community donated 3,345 pound of groceries to the food pantry at CCCC, which will help to meet the needs of the less fortunate in the community, according to Marilyn Lawson, CCCC director, who added her thanks to the carriers and residents who participated in the food drive.. CROWLEY - The city council agreed by resolution earlier this month to raise the annual base pay of police officers by $10,000 and to ensure 2% raises after three years of employment.
IOTA – Prior to Saturday morning’s commencement exercises in Bulldog Stadium, members of the Iota High School Class of 2023 were honored during awards and scholarship presentations.
