According to reports from one news outlet, a Crowley Police officer was shot and is in stable, but guarded, condition after an incident Wednesday night in the 400 block of Josey Street.
TRUCKS DESTROYED: A number of collection trucks at the Progressive Waste plant in Duson were destroyed by fire in the early morning hours Saturday. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
DUSON - Several Progressive Waste trucks caught fire at the plant early Saturday, according to Duson Police Chief Kip Judice.
