Church Point Middle School is one of 41 public schools in the state to exceed pre-pandemic levels in reading and math, and the school was recently presented with a banner from the Louisiana Department of Education to mark the achievement. Acadia Parish Schools staff, Acadia Parish School Board staff, CMP staff and teachers and local leaders were on hand for the presentation.
