During the March meeting of American Legion Arceneaux Post 77, Commander Blaine Dupont presented the many awards and cash prizes to Rayne High’s Betty Mutoji on earning first place at the local, district and state level of the 2026 American Legion Oratorical Contest. Mutoji will now proudly represent the State of Louisiana at the 2026 American Legion National Oratorical Contest slated this May in Hillsdale, Michigan.
