Commodity Cookery: Top 4-H beef recipes from Acadia Parish

This spring, 4-H’ers from 11 parishes came to Crowley to compete in the annual Regional Commodity Cookery Contest.

Mary Ann Sagrera was among 12 people inducted into the Louisiana 4-H Hall of Fame during ceremonies recently in Mansura. Long-active in Acadia Parish 4-H activities, Sagrera is presented her plaque by Mark Tassin, LSU AgCenter associate vice president and 4-H program leader.
