The 83rd edition of the International Rice Festival is officially underway and there will be no shortage of excitement in downtown Crowley this weekend.
The 2019 Rice Festival 5K Run, hosted by the Crowley High Ladies and Gents Booster Club, will take place tomorrow at 8 a.m. beginning at the Main Platform on the Court Circle.
