Kathy Oliver from Acadia Chapter NSDAR recently received a medal and certificate of appreciation from Robert Hess, Registrar of the Attakapas Chapter NSSAR. Hess was instrumental in nominating Kathy for the award for her assistance in obtaining new members for the Attakapas Chapter.
