Cecilia “Maw Maw” Young celebrated her 106th birthday in a big way - with her own parade in downtown Crowley on Monday, Oct. 16.
The Krewe of Town Revelers is once again preparing for the party of the year and recently held its theme announcement celebration.
In conjunction with the 81st International Rice Festival, the Crowley Garden Club sponsored a Door Decorating Contest with both business and residential categories.
What many said would never happen, did so Thursday night as the Rayne High Wolves defeated the Carencro High Bears, 31-21.
