The Village of Estherwood will host its inaugural October Fete on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Officials are promising a day of family fun, adventure and creativity.

Clock to be erected marking 100 years of Rotary in Crowley
In honor of the Rotary Club of Crowley’s 100th year of Service Above Self, a clock will be erected in downtown Crowley. The four-faced timepiece will be surrounded by engraved brick pavers.

There, participants enjoyed such activities as, clockwise from top left, arts and crafts, relay races, archery and throwing foam hatchets. Line dancing, team building, and various outdoor activities also were offered.
