Crime Stoppers seeks info on armed subject

Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying an individual wanted for illegal carrying of a weapon.
This incident occurred on Oct. 28 in the Meadow’s Apartment Complex in Crowley.
“With the violence occurring involving our teenagers and young adults we are asking the public to identify a subject,” said Sheriff K.P. Gibson. “The suspect was captured on video surveillance carrying an assault-style firearm concealed in his pants.”
The subject is described as a black male, possibly in his teens, wearing a red T-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
Anyone able to identify this individual is urged to call the tips line at 789-TIPS / 789-8477 or download the P3 app on a mobile device to report tips anonymously.
All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
