Personnel from the ASSIST Agency pack office equipment and supplies into the back of a U-Haul as the agency moves from it’s current location in the Enterprise Center to the 7th District Pavilion next to St. Theresa’s Church in the 400 block of West Third Street. Mayor Chad Monceaux has said that LA Workforce and Smile Community Action Agency, the other two entities currently renting space in the Enterprise Center, have been looking at other possible sites as the city hopes to close and, eventually, demolish the Enterprise Center building.

RAYNE - Welcomed as special guests of the August meeting of Arceneaux Post 77, American Legion, were three of the four young men and ladies who attended Boys and Girls State over the summer months.

OST motorcycle rider welcomed during Rayne visit

RAYNE - The Old Spanish Trail was built between 1915-1929 and completed in as the major highway the southern United States stretching from St. Augustine, Florida to San Diego, California.
