RAYNE - Ambra Shaé Minix was named the 2019 Debutante Queen on Saturday, May 4, during the annual Debutante Introductions and Ball hosted by the Ebonite Civic and Social Club of Rayne, Inc.

RAYNE - A long-time tradition continued Saturday morning of the 2019 Rayne Frog Festival as new royalty was crowned during the annual Rayne Lions Club Frog Derby, an event held since 1946.
