For the first time ever, the International Rice Festival will be having a Rice & Gravy Cook-Off to kick-off the Festival Season on Saturday, Sept.
The 83rd International Rice Festival Car, Truck and Bike Show will be held Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Bank of Commerce parking lot.
